Man, yesterday it was 95 here in my town. Humid and hot as hell. Can't breath. I was mounting my AC at 3 o'clock in the morning....

you were mounting your a/c?..nah...yeah dude, it's getting dam hot. It was actually pretty nice down here yesterday due to lower humidity, but today is a different story. It's hot and humid as hell in my neck of the woods too. The humidity is horrible. All I have to do is walk outside and ... bam ... instant sweat. LOLTrain Till Your Eyes Bleed!

Secret to getting rid of water retention
Our A/C had been broken all weekend, so last night at 1:00 in the morning it was 89 degrees. The morning when I got up it was 85. I've been carb depleting all weekend and now I'm sleep deprived.
It was in the 90's all weekend with 90% humidity. Try working out and doing cardo in this temperature. I promise you if you are retaining water that you will get rid of it water.

fukin killer here yesterday and today supposed to be just as bad...we got hit by a nasty storm around 4:30...power is still out at the house!! what a mess i gotta clean. downed tree's EVERYWHEREHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
