    Re: Obama clinches Democratic nomination

well, for me, i cannot and never have been able to predict the future, if you know that is going too happen sell stocks short and become filthy rich

he said his main goal is

    better health care
    energy policy
    iraq issues

those are all major problems that have been around for 30 years, and the mindset of iraq is total stupidity

of 600 folks in congress/senate 7 read intelligence reports

that's like doing a cycle with no research, total idiocy

now who said it was idiocy

i'm sorry, i'll take smart any day, all the others have acted as divorced parents with grudges fighting over there children, it is totally disgusting too me

our national balance sheet, ie, checkbook, is so highly leveraged and out of whack it is total idiocy, so i want a smart guy working on it, to get it straigtened out, not the idiots who spent us into deep doo doo

u see, imho, it is the best we can do right now

otherwise you're welcome too start a revolution, you do know the presidency is open too all of us, you could have run as easily as obama

i always go with the guy who wants the job, has smarts, and a decent plan, and good values, 80% of the time that ensures you get the best, which is what i want

reality versus my utopia are two different things

O.k. trip, let me try a different approach. The stock market is a very complex system with billions of variables and i can't get to know the "stock market" a a whole by asking it questions about it's beliefs.

As a counselor you know that a persons beliefs drive their lives and how they respond to different circumstances. So to create a better life, you help them find those flawed beliefs that create obstacles for their conscious goals.

As a person who teaches and learns the skills of public speaking, you know what fundamental skills a person needs to be an accomplished speaker. Now let's say you meet a person who wants to be a great public speaker but when it comes to those fundamental skills that you know are required he believes the opposite of them but he still maintains he will be the greatest speaker ever. Because of your experience you know his beliefs are in contradiction with that outcome. He will not become the greatest speaker ever with his current set of beliefs. Same with Obama, his beliefs will lead us to more failure - there is no change but the increased speed in which we will fail.

I do not have to be a psychic to predict Obama's failure. I just know his philosophy and it is inconsistent with what he is selling.

What president wouldn't have those things as priorities. Because he is smart enoughh to list what is important to people does not mean he has the knowledge to improve these issues; just that he understands they need improving.

O.k. Obama's a smart guy but smart at what? Giving speeches, period. He's a freaking genius when it comes to public speaking but his ideology is based in the ignorance and stubbornness of Marxism. An over-hyped Marxist who is a genius at giving speeches is not going to correct the budget; he will talk people into supporting a bigger one, even when we have a decrease in revenue (because that's what happens when you grow government)

His smarts are on presentation; his plan goes against the success of logic, egoism and capitalism; his values are hypocritical - individual immorality, he gives a pass at when caused by the government and calls it fair or social justice. That's what you want? I'm not saying McCain is any better but Obama is not the solution to anything but how to give a good speech.

excellent post klash, and excellence in leadership

leadership, to lead first you must understnad

so, no. 1, u acknowledged my skills rather than criticize my believes/opinions

that is diplomacy 101 in action, thus i have read your post with extreme interest due to the fact you have outlined excellent points that show u understnad my point of view

I have a bunch of stuff to do this am, i will respond, and answer each point your brought up.

Just a hint, you're 90% correct, a few things you think are true are close yet like horseshoes and handgrenades, close don't count, so my hope is i can do as good a job as you did expressing your thoughts as a whole, as to those close points.

        one teasher,

        obie smart at what?

why don't you list ten ACTIONS that prove he is smart and ten actions that proves he is not smart

here's alot of how i see things

        CONFIDENCE IS CONSISTENCY CREATES SECURITY

thus, alot of my confidence level on things comes from the focus of "seeing, hearing consistency in words and deeds"

thus on the wright bs, it was a big negative, thus, it made me stop and think, yet, in the end the balance sheet was so far in the green i made the decision too pass on it, put it too the side and keep it up from as a tell for other inconsistencies, thus, i have a low level of concern for it right now

as opposed too "maverick" status, which is a definitive word for a tell on inconsistencies and erraticness
