For me it must have been the Ninja Turtles. I just loved those little things. I remember I had all of the action figures, the blimp, the van, I mean everything. I even wanted to be one. After that more and more shit came out, liking all the new stuff that came out.

(1980) Flash Gordon, Dukes of Hazard, Smokey and the Bandit was big, Night Rider, that was back when you would go back to school shopping and pick out some boxy, tin lunch box with your favorite movie or TV show pressed into the cover and if you were really cool you got a matching thermos! Hell yeah, (BTW I always got a matching thermos, why you ask? Well, because I was really cool, duh!) Man, second grade rocked! I remember I was like 3% bf, 65lbs! I could do 3 chin ups! Like 45 sit-ups in 2 minutes! I also happened to be the lord of dodge ball! That game ruled, I would still play it if I could!Comment

We were big into "Pencil Fights" Where you take your NFL team pencil that you bought out of the machine for 10 cents, and bend it back and snap it against your competitions pencils. I think this was 3rd grade. I wore my Tony Dorsett jersey every day.Tinfish@Ziplip.com

The big thing when I was little were Star Wars action figures. I remember saving the proof of purchase and when you got 20 you could mail in for a limited figure. Yeah man, that was the shizzy!!!

We must be about the same age...The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
