Alright, I will start doing this ONCE a week and see how it goes. So far I feel very good. I'm talking about having one day a week that you don't do CRAP except sleep as many hours as you can. I did this last night. Slept from 5pm until 5:30am the next morning. I took all my supps, loaded up on glutamine... got up and had my protein shakes, went back to bed.
Right now I feel so rested. No yawning, no crash NO NOTHING.
Nothing can be more good for growth + resting muscles than sleeping good 12-15h a day...this is only once a week...muscles feel full and relaxed.
