I am a college student at the moment and I figured that I would ask the fellow guys how they manage there time and still get into the gym. At first, I was always able to go to the gym but then I would be stuck worried about work and all of that other garbage. What I need is a good schedule that fits in classes, the gym, studying, and other garbage. I think one day I am going to sit down and try to map out something because recently I have not been able to step foot in a gym with all of this studying to do. Let me know if anyone has a cure for my problem, maybe a schedule suggestion or what you do to manage your time properly.

I picked my school class schedule based on my workout plan...I get up in the morning, get my workout done, then i do all the school shit....class, homework, and whatever else.Mod @ SuperiorMuscle

i'm just worthless and have nothing but time ...
i'm taking 18 hours this semester ... but i only attend maybe 10 of those hours, if it's a good week ...
I rarely study, unless it's 2-3 days away from a test ...
I workout late at night, so i have nothing else i could be doing ...
My main problem in college is apathy

Personally I find that I work out better when I have more going on. For example, last week was spring break and my training was kind of blah the whole week. When have stuff going on, I really want to go to the gym as a release. Also, I find that time management is easier; since I have less free time, I make sure to take advantage of every single minute. Just do like you said and make a schedule and stick to it.

Schedule early classes. Most people in college like later classes so they can party all night.I learned it is easier to get everyting in if I had early classes. My grades improved as well.

First of all:
Take morning classes from about 9-12
Get a part-time 4-5 hour job
Be out by like 6pm or 7pm
Workout and do homework afterwards.
That is what Im doing, so far so good for now. Or you could get moring classes, eat afterwardds, workout, eat again afterwards, and go to work.
