I hate public schools!!!

OK, I have this girl that I know who has a 9 year old in 3rd grade...today she told me she may have to take him to the ER cuz some kids pulled his chair out and they think his tailbone is broken. She also said there is one boy that is totally CRUEL to him. He has to walk home from school and it is hell for him..She has talked to the school counselor and she didnt do a thing to stop it....this is true hell for kids and the public schools are full of this shyt...i dealt with being hated for being white in a predominantly hispanic school..it was aliving hell in elementary school and middle school. Just going to school was terrifying to me..everyday...I never told anyone..my parents never knew nor did anybody at the school.....what should she do to protect her son????

file a complaint about the kid picking on her kid. That seems to be the only way that anyone will do anything these days...They wont do anything unless there is paper work being filed or tell them if them dont do something a protection order will be filed against the kid..maybe that will move them to do something...or go down and tell him if he goes any where near her kid you will deal with it personally

i take it she's a single mom and if the dad aint in the picture, that makes it pretty tuff. to ask me how i'd deal with it wouldnt exactly be applicable to her situation...i use intimidation alot...i'd tell the kids parents i'd kick their ass if they dont put a leash on the kid. any lip, and i'd smash them in the mouth in mid sentance. this would happen after i'd have attempted to call each parent and try to reason with them and ask their assistance in curb their kids aggression.

in her case, i would still appeal to the parents. call each one and explain whats happening. ask them to have a talk with their kids "becouse, i'd rather not turn this into a criminal matter". "i'd hate for something like this to go on and damage your childs future"...shyt like that. i wouldnt be affraid to become EXTREMELY vocal at the school with officials in charge. i would also look into self defence classes for my kid, for the long run.

amen guys...You are right. It sucks for ANY child to have to go to school to be bullied..How the F*** can any kid learn in an environment of fear and terror?...yes, she is a single mom..it breaks my heart to hear this shyt...

she's got to appeal to the school officials. take it right up the ladder and go over anybodies head that will not give her a satisfactory answer...thats bullshyt!! kids dont need to be subjected to that shyt. the pressures they are under now, compaired to the days we went to school is tuff enough. ask each teacher/official why do they think kids are turning to guns and shyt to deal with school bullies? it's becouse they're to lazy to do something about it!! she cant be a meek lady ASKING for help!! SHE HAS TO FUKIN DEMAND HELP!! her taxes pay their fukin paychecks and she's NOT gonna let them sit on their ass and wish this away!! i would make it perfectly clear that i will be the worst asshole they've ever met in their life!! i would promice each and everyone of them that by the time i'm done corrupting the minds of every other parent that has a child in this school, they'd be looking for a razor blade or a noose to end their pain!!! fix my fukin problem or have every single parent in your office one after the other, day after day, until you cant see straight...try me on asshole's....you'll regret it!

"are those the type of excusses our military are allowing now?" I would use intimidation, since the school does nothing about it. Go to the bully and personally tell him that if you find out that he's still picking on your friend's kid, he wound need a toothbrush anymore. We all know that you can't touch him, for sure. But if you get him to think that you will, I have a feeling that he'll be protecting that boy instead of picking on him.

Ya, I feel awful for this little kid. I dont really know this chick too well, but she did send me a pic of her son and he lloks like a really good kid and he is really small and skinny. Why should any child be forced to go to school and endure such malice, terror and hate?
