If Obama were Republican, than I would say it's a racist vote. However, he's a Democrat. The majority of Blacks are Democrats. Yes, 97% of African American males voted for him. But 97% out of how many black Pennsylvanians? 26? That would be 3 more than voted in the last PA primaries.

Here's the deal with Obama, one of my black bros back in ATL layed it down like this....."You got two crooked white people and a questionable black man. So, if I'm going to get screwed, I'd rather be by a black man than either of the other two." And, if he does screw up, NAACP will back him up. Hell, put Obama in Bush's shoes and let's say Obama invades Afgan and Iraq, do you really thing the NAACP would not be 100% behind the guy? If you do, you are a misguided person. With that said, I still don't think it's 'racist', I think it's just one group looking out for one of their own. That's the way it is, at least, that's the way it was in ATL. It may different where some of you guys grew up so I can only comment on what I grew up seeing.

I'm not so sure I agree with Bill Clinton's "good job". He let some very important and urgent issues boil over on the back burner. Over looked a thing or 2, and set some things in motion that have cost us dearly today. Just like every other dem, he said what was popular and what sounded good. And did...not so much.

On the thread topic at hand. 95% of democrats are black, so that's one way to look at it, but Hillary is white, so, I'm thinking that skin color has allot to do with it just as I've heard several black folks answer to why they vote Obama..."because he's black", or, "because we need a black president.". I want to hear the first white person answer, "Because we don't need a black president", or, "because he's white." that's not even an acceptable answer from a white man, and it shouldn't be. It's an ignorant answer and mentality.

McCain is as good as we got. And just as someone pointed out. You start talking of really doing something about gas prices, and watch the dems assholes pucker up. That, 'lower the cost of living' bullshyt is just that. It's the same ole dem strategy that the general democratic public eats up. Say what sounds good and it's good enough for them.

My $0.02

Democratic voters are dominated by identity politics. It comes with identifying yourself as a victim, which is one of the prerequisites for being a Dem. Black people that see blacks as victims want a black to rise up over the oppressors (mighty whitey). Same with women and that is why single woman are more apt to be dems and vote for Hillary. The more of an advocate you are for freedom, the less likely identity politics play a role in your vote.
