Interesting. See I have a 98 Honda Civic. My commute is about 42 miles each way. If I stay between 75mph and 80mph, I get about 32/33 mpg. If I go between 85-90mph, I get about 28/29 mpg. I was trying to find data on bikes for comparison to my Civic, so I can see if it is worth getting a bike since my gas mileage isn't bad, but I'd like it to be higher. That Buell gets the gas mileage I want (60+mpg), but I think a 1200cc bike with 103ft-lbs of torque is too much bike for a newbie.Originally posted by O2BESOHUGE View PostNO PAIN, NO GAIN
