I was outa whack for a little bit this morning until I realized I hadn't had my morning coffee. Man at the difference when you're used to cranking your motors with a couple cups of joe. It's like a physical and mental dependancy.

I've been asking myself this question for a long time now. Is coffee really necessary to get you going in the morning. Caffeine is a stimulant and makes people "more alive" and just gets them through a day but I've seen some people sippin on that thing like it's water... Would you guys substitute green tea vs coffee ?Comment

I usually drink a cup with a coupla bh's, I suppose it's just nice to have something warm in the morning rather than chuggin down a quart of Steel Can Reserve malt liquor.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I've never done the green tea. My wife used to drink it. I don't think anything could really substitute coffee if you've been on it for years though.1 up

That reminds me, I have some gun powder green tea I should be drinking. it's kinda strong jus by itself but it's proven to be really good, before a good spar guy's swear by it.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I take vivarin. 200 mg of caffeine per tab. Then I go back to bed...in 20 minutes I am up and ready to go.Comment

Green Tea has less caffeine in the same size serving as coffee.

I wake taking 1 ephedra tab and 8 Aminos (next to my bed...)
When I hit Starbucks, I have an Iced Grande Americano, shots over ice, no water (every Starbucks in town knows me... even the towns I travel to. Most see me walking up and have it started).. I have up to three a day to keep me going. I am a freakin' addict.
I also make French Press coffee on the weekends.. good and strong!! Yeah baby...merc is my hero
