what a waste of time yesterday it was.

I had to be there at 2PM I showed up at 2:05 bc I couldn't find a parking lot. I went inside and my name was already called and the clerk told me to wait they will re-call certain names again. I sat down with like 60 people waiting and everyone was called but me. So the dude comes out from this office and asks if anyone has not been called from the town I live in..so I said I wasn't called, he says come in.

I go inside and he asks me for my name - and when I told him he said "well has someone already answered questions for you" i asked him what do you mean...and he goes..well it seems like someone was already here for you and you were dismissed and not responsible for running the red light... so I'm there in disbelief thinking if the judge was on crack or whatever...so he told me to go home and the fine has been revoked. And that was it.

WEIRD AND ODD. BUT EITHER WAY I'M GOOD.

You can't think of anybody you know at the courthouse or something that probably took care of it for ya? Somebody intervened or something. You should have been in a courtroom with other people that were ticketed by that cop and the cop should have been there too. Possibly some other cops and their ticketies as well. At least that's how it was when I contested a traffic ticket, and that's how I've heard it being from anyone else that's contested.

The room everyone went to was not a court room. It was more like a bigger office where two guys were sitting down and you have to explain yourself to them. Not a single police officer on sight.

What should I say to the judge. A few weeks ago a city po pulled me over for not stopping at the red light. Gave me a $150 ticket which I'm refusing to pay and requested a hearing. What really happened was I was at this big intersection with a tall 18 wheeler in front of me. I wasn't near him at all...a few feet but somehow didn't see the whole light (the truck was too fookin tall) so I just kept driving and following the truck... and I did see...right before I crossed the lane, red light came on...soo...fook I look and the blue lights are behind me...so he stops me...gave me a ticket...didn't even let me explain... stupid mothaf...... and went his way...


I'm in MA with the best driving record that there is. Never got a ticket or anything...except parking ones... my record is clean and shiny. What do I say to the judge. I heard in most cases if its a first offense they let you go with a warning.

Your at fault, you ran a red light. You were following too close behind a semi, which therefore impeded your view to drive safely and caused you to run a red light. There is laws against following other motor vehicles too closely...you could of got more than just running a red light. Sucks but it is what it is
