        Oh...I forgot we were talking about sleeping...For sleep...I just go to bed I have no issues with that...But at times, I just take a flexeril for sleep...I have all kinds of scripts...My dad was a chiro(passed away)so I can get just about anything

            I have sleep issues, ambien works sometimes. valerian root, melatonin and Benadryl works as a combo. Vodka in moderation can help, if I am over served it does not help. My issues are mostly stress related.
