It's looking good over in Iraq. Huge transition from even 6 months ago. I just watched ole Geraldo Rivera (sp) walking thru what was one of the most dangerous communities in Baghdad, now safer than some U.S. cities. Former insurgents themselves are "seeing the light" and joining the good fight for Iraq. Massive progress here lately. If you listen to alot of media, it's no better over there. They were just walking thru Baghdad without bp vests or helmets, stores were open, people were out...Can't argue with that.

My question is what do you think Iran and/or Syria is gonna do once we pull out? If you ask me any percieved control or influence that we have over there right now is just illusion. Iran will run the show, I garuntee ya.Comment

They show a short bit on it every morning with Geraldo. If anyone thinks the increased safety and the progress is a media trick, tune in to Geraldo on Fox tonight at 8 eastern, I think it is. Their going to have a full show on it.
He's on right now. He just said, "I don't know if it's permanent." so, everyone understands the threat if we just pull out. Don't forget, we'll have an embassy over there.1 up
