I feel like I gained 20 lbs today. To make it worse, Ive taken some time off from the gym to let a nagging shoulder injury heal so I feel like even more of a slob. Back to the gym hardcore tomorrow morning for sure!!!! Have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving everyone!!!Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.
