Unless however, they were fleeing. Then it would be a problem since they are no longer a threat.

But, like the lawyer that was talking about it stated that he was protecting his neighbor's property, therefore, he should be good. The law reads that you can use deadly force to protect your and/or your neighbor's property/belongings. It was passed September 1st...great law.
That is among the top things that can piss me off the most, a thief that will steal possessions from people that work for them...people that earned those possessions and are proud of them.

I used to skip school and hide in my house with my pistol,..just waiting for one of the neiborhood s#itbags to climb through a window and steal more stuff. After my dad was fataly shot by some 19yr punk in a mugging, it was just my mom and lil brother. we used to get robbed atleast twice a year or more and I just got sick of it,.caught one guy peeping on my mom while she was getting ready for work early one morning..I shot him in the back with my Benjamin air rifle while he tried to run from me. I remember the deputies would allways say,.."if ya shoot one make sure ya drag'em back inside". I got five years luckly because "I shoulda stayed in the house and waited for the police"..hopefully he'll just get manslaughter. but I know exactly what he was feeling,..I feel it alot..downtown flatlander bulls#it.
