Thanks guys, it sucks but there's really nothin else to do. Once she's transferred it'll be the same **** with him just a different location. I wish there was somethin the cops can do, but it's one of those things that until he actually kills someone, their hands are tied.

yeah that does suck. You have an armed wacko with rights endangering a community. They can't do anything about it like you said because people would start screaming oppression until he puts a 44 round in someone's head while he's off his rocker. With a smart democracy and the proper program in place a greater force should be able to take whatever measure necessary to make the community a safe place from people like this. It wouldn't effect the "normal" broad population and would even be a relief to his family as well. Sure, the insane individual might feel oppressed just as most of the criminals in lock down but the community is a safer place.
