Gonna give ya'll the condensed version of what I've been dealin with for the last few months. We have this resident here who has 4 kids. Her three daughters are and have been fine with the care being provided for their mother, but her son is another story. This is a guy who's been in and out of jail, was a major drug user and alcoholic (may still be if ya believe rumors) and has had his ass beaten so many times and so badly that he nearly died and has been hospitalized, all from runnin his mouth. Anyway, this cat is supposed to be on meds but when he comes off he's off the fukkin chain. His bullsyt with us started a few months back, he came out and started b!tchin about nothin, gettin all loud and scaring the staff. We talked to him a couple of times about this and on the 3rd time had him escorted out of the building by police. He did it again, we got a no tresspass order against him so he's no longer allowed in the building. He called the state on us, they came out investigated and decided it was unfounded. He called the state again this time threatening to handle this with his .44. He came out here, we had him arressted, and he spent bout 10 days in jail. He made some more threats.
Well, we had to give his mother who hasn't done a damn thing to anyone a 30 day notice to transfer to another facility. I hate that it came to this but I just can't have my 77 other residents, staff and family members at risk. I feel for the woman, but I would love to put one in her son's forehead!
