    Miss me?

    Hello... I got an e-mail saying I have been missed here. Pffft...

    I haven't been on this board for a long time, not since gearedup (RIP) started it and I was helping him with some profiles and what not... actually I was a Mod back then I think

    Anyway, thanks for the return invite - even if it was php-generated

        I was on AnabolicReview since 2002, were I met gearedup, but these days I Mod over on Muscular Development's board.

                Welcome bro! You guys got quit the characters over there on MD!! I laugh my azz off at some of the shiit going on over there... Alot of good info about the sport and athletes with alot of laughs...

                  It was an interesting start-up but it's going well now... we've pretty much weeded out the trouble makers at this point. Romano's 500-Word Contest has given everyone a chance to get in the mag too. Valentino regularly features members that ask for it as well. The Olympia pros pretty much stick to their respective threads but a few make their rounds in the other forums. It's a good group over there...

                  BTW - this site is moving really smooth... you guys have it cleaned up quite well.
