Pan's labrynth

So I see this movie in the new release rack and hear its good, got good creds etc. I pick it up to rent because I like fantasy genre so I think I will try it out. They compare it to Lord of the Rings, etc.

Its all in SPANISH! not mexican spanish but Spaniard spanish, as in SPAIN. It was subtitled in English...so at first it was annoying reading through a whole movie but then I really got into it! It was a great film! Not Lord of the Rings but very well acted, great special affects, and great story line.

i thought it was a great movie, the typical good vs evil..it definately had some religious aspects to it too..I see almost as many foreign films as American, imo theyre much better movies, you get used to the subtitles real quick if the film is good.

yeah i was really dissapointed at first that it was in spanish awell. But then i really got into the movie and thought it was really really good. The only bad thing about reading the entire movie is that you can;t really actually watch the entire movie...your so concentrated on reading. Either than that,,,5 thumbs up!

Im still on the waiting list to see this through blockbuster...I cant wait!!! yes I heard it is in spanish and it is annoying to have to read and watch at the same time...it is just multi tasking....

I went to the movies to see this and watched five minutes of it. Literally. lol. I couldnt' stand the subtitles. Walked out and went over to the next one over and saw Blood Diamond.
