hey thanks Fuzo, thats what family is for...I am in the middle of setting it all up for my Oct show now...Trying to piece it all together with what I got and appreciate the offer bro... Been paying on my girls ring and were moving up north here soon and she is great about me spending money on my show stuff...I think she likes it more than me...lol Good woman for sure. Im just trying to make something of myself in this sport and you cant get there without help!!!

man you look great second place is a great place to get for your first show. its also amazing that you did all your own prep work do you think you peaked at the right time? Anyways congrats again you should be proud of your accomplishment

Had I went on stage at 9 am instead of 130 pm I think I would of been dryer...I woke up Sat morning and was shredded. I took a diuretic thur night in a panic and I think it was to much...Its hard when you have to wait around all day long and just wait, wait, wait, and wait...lol I was the last class and now I know to just go somewhere and rest my legs and have someone there to keep an eye on me...I did the best I could but imo peaked at around 9am after my 6am big breakfast...The fullness I had at that time seem to go away by the time 130 came around...So I should of eaten again and dropped water after that. I kept water high until 10pm the night b4 and took another dyazide at that time...I woke up NASTY dry. So if I had shifted it a bit and dropped the diueretic on thur I would of been better off...I HAD NO IDEA that I was going to be waiting 5 hours after I had to be there to check in...Well now I know and will plan that better...Just did the best I could and tried to time it right but was about 3-4 hours off and at that point its just trying to play catch up...ALSO I didnt sleep ONE minute the night before which left me feeling like complete shiit that day...So all in all I brought what package I could with what I knew...Now I know my body alot better and when to add water and diuretics IF AT ALL...I could of gotten away with less maybe even none at all.

The main thing I learned is GET IN CONDITION...No aas or anything can replace good old fashioned sweat and diet...

This statement is Sooooo true!
It's funny how many people think it's this compound or that one that's make the difference. Well when you're talking about getting on stage and going through everythign that Corrodo has the bottom line is it comes down to hard work.
All the supps in the world won't make you stage ready if you didn't bust your arse.

I learned that the hard way with my first show.
Took everything including the kitchen sink and looked average.
The next show was about putting in the work and busting my tail until I couldn't move - 100% better showing.

Corrodo you did great and looked superb. You're right about learning your body - next time you will learn even more. That's the beauty and pain in all of this, no matter what we know - we still have much to learn.


You represented FG very well and you will do even better next time.

Keep up the great attitude - it's refreshing to see.

Congrats on a job well done!! Taking second in your first show is quit an accomplishmnet. You look great in your picts. Know you will do even better in your next show

Congrats on 2nd place.

And I find the weight-gain you competing bodybuilders have to be hilarious.

2 people I know over here who recently did a novice show on March 24, 1 dieted down to 190lbs and the other 170lbs. They each gained 20lbs or so in the space of a week

Must feel good to know that now if you want to enjoy a pizza, hot dog or what choice of junk food. That you can eat it without worry of thinking "Shoot if I eat this it'll throw off my contest diet"
