somewhat..its circumstancial imo..As one example if a person is mentally challanged then you cant hold them completely responsible..i just dont think its a good rule to have in our day and age..back then i think it made more sense..If this was how it is wed have alot of handless politicians and salesman

BTW- did anyone see tat video of the 22 or 23 year old kid who died in prison from Dehydration? The kid was mentally challenged. They tied him down like 22 hours a day, never gave him water, and the kid died. Horrible video.

Well this stupid b!tch leaves her 5 yr. old mr daughter with him while she went to work. He raped her, beat her and tossed her in a ditch where she nearly died from 100's of fire ant bites. Now in a case like this, eye for an eye............ you damn right!
