BOUGHT A 1997 DODGE INTREPID IN 1997, BRAND NEW. IT WAS THE BIGGEST LEMON! LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THAT CAR AND 2 TRANSMISSIONS REPLACED WITHIN 3 YEARS. DODGE ACTUALLY PAID ME BACK $6500 BECAUSE OF IT.
thats to bad.i have a 1993 dakota and love it.has 155.000 miles on itdoesnt take any oil and never had any major proboblems with it.had to replace the fuel pump.and had to get a new rear.but that was my fault.
dude...your still talking about the dealer!!! ford will pay to fix the truck. the dealer is the a$$hole here...and i never said some dealers dont have their priorities phuqed up!!
besides, i dont work for ford anymore...hahahahahaha!!!!!
Yeah but Ford won't get between the dealer and the consumer. I've already been through this type of thing before with both them and Chevy. If you have a problem they say they stand by their dealers. I've had problems with every single Ford dealer I've ever dealt with. They were all crooked, and did anything they could to weasel their way out of honoring the warranty.
I know your saying it's the dealer, but Ford themselves don't fix the problems. The dealers do, so if the dealer refuses, and all other local Ford dealers also suck, your basically S.O.L!

dude...if ford wont honor the warranty for some reason (and i have personally seen things done to a vehicle that voids the warranty), then the dealer wont get paid to do the job...so, how many jobs will YOU be doing for free this month. i need some work at my house!! and, further more, i've talked to fuzo...he took the truck to another FORD dealer who, imo, is more than hooking him up!! so please, dont lump ALL dealers in with your poor experience's, and i wont lump all contractors into my bad expirience's...i'm sorry you've had bad experience's with every domestic manufacturing dealer. and think about what your saying...every ford dealer did anything they could to weasel their way out of honoring the warranty??? dude, that dont even make sence!!! the manufacture PAYS them to do warranty work. the service dept. has to do warranty work to SURVIVE!! how many out of warranty cars do you think people take to a dealer??? not many...they dont turn down money bro...if they can find a warrantied problem, they will be more than happy to fix it for you!! sh!t, we woulda fixed it twice!! lol. i hope this makes sence...i hope you understand my point.
I TOOK THE TRUCK TO WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEY GAVE ME A LOANER NO PROBLEM AND THEY ARE EVEN GOING TO REPLACE THE WHOLE HOOD. THE OTHER FORD DEALER WAS GOING TO FIX IT.
