WHAT KIND OF BULL S H I T IS THIS. MY TRUCK IS 2YRS OLD AND THERES RUST ON THE HOOD. THEY SAY THEY DONT COVER A LOANER FOR BODY WORK. BULL SH IT. I WILL BE GETTING A LOANER OR YOU GUYS WILL SEE ME ON TV HOLDING HOSTAGES AT THE FORD DEALER SHIP UNTIL MY HOOD IS FIXED.

typicly the loaner thing is dealer regulated....if there is another ford dealer around you, call them and tell them your problem, and tell them the importance of a loaner. they'll probobly be more than happy to take the biz away from the compatiton! thats weird....i'd have at least put you in a usedcar...and not a rat either!

Yeah bro, paint is supposed to be covered for at least 3 years if I'm not mistaken. Do what Dave said, I bet you anything they would love to have your business.

That sucks Fuzo! That's typical Ford for ya! They don't give a shiit about their customers after they get your money. I don't know if you read my posts about what I went through with them, but they screwed me royaly multiple times too! That's why they have such a crappy reputation!

dude...your still talking about the dealer!!! ford will pay to fix the truck. the dealer is the a$$hole here...and i never said some dealers dont have their priorities phuqed up!!

I am surprised they are doin anything at all about it. We had a brand new Jag a cpl yrs back When it was a little over a yr old my wife went thru the car wash and the paint came off a mirror and they said the paint warranty was one yr. Ford owns Jag so it surprises me they would warranty a truck and not a 60k luxury car WTF.

THERE IS NO PAINT THAT IS COMING OFF. THERE IS RUST THAT HAS COME OUT ON THE HOOD IN 4 DIFFERENT PLACES IN LESS THAN A 6 MONTH TIME FRAME. NOT SURE IF HAS RUSTED THROUGH YET. IT DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE RUSTING ALREADY. THAT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.

thats what does it. i know they will take care of it...the loaner is the issue...phuq it. bring it to me!!! i'll give you 2 fuggin cars to drive and i'm not even employed for a dealer right now!!! these guy's (dealers) are phuqed up...they need to get their heads straight and hire good managers!..
ya know i was thinking, go to the gsm. tell him the situation. dont be nasty, but express your dissapointment with how the body shop is treating you, and it will make it very diffecult for you to purchase another ford product in the future...
here's how it works folks. the body shop is allowed x amout of loaners, paid for by ford. they may have 1 or 2 more that the dealer pays for, but when they are out, they have nothing they can do. now, if you go to the service manager (body shop managers boss) he may have a few more allocated to him. if he has a brain cell, and see's the big picture, he'll hook you up. if not, go to the gsm...he's their boss. he has demo's. he can get the usedcar manager to get you something. his job is to try to keep you happy for future sales!!! the gsm or gm is the one to go to....they want to keep you happy. you just cant make it look like a lost cause. if they think, no-matter what they do for you, you'll never come back...well then, phuq ya...i mean, really, whats the point of satisfying you if your never coming back anyway. you must always express your love for your car, but your disappointment in their service. becouse then, at that point, they believe you'll buy another ford, but maybe not from them, if your not happy with their service...just a thaught to chew on

BOUGHT A 1997 DODGE INTREPID IN 1997, BRAND NEW. IT WAS THE BIGGEST LEMON! LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THAT CAR AND 2 TRANSMISSIONS REPLACED WITHIN 3 YEARS. DODGE ACTUALLY PAID ME BACK $6500 BECAUSE OF IT.
