If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I'm pretty dedicated. I only cheat on Mondays, Tiesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday Saturday Sunday.

I just cheat on Saturday and Sundays. I ate 2 boxes of girl scout cookies the Peanut butter sandwich ones!!! They're soooooo good!!!!
Looking at your previous before and after photos though, my Nubian brother, you can cheat all you want and still get ripped as a mofo. Those pictures stuck with me in mind. I still think Fuzo should use them on the websight

Its hard to say what you should cheat with or when as everybody reacts differently. For me, when I was getting ready for a show, for 14 out of the 16 weeks the only type of cheating would be the addition of carbs and protein from the same diet foods. For example If I am dieting with 1 cup of brown rice and 6 oz of fish for 3 meals a day, I will up that to maybe 2.5 cups and maybe 8-10 oz of fish.......mostly increase the carbs. IMO when I was eating clean for 3 or 4 weeks, I really wasn't even craving junk at that point......As for offseason, the whole diet is a cheat meal....lol
