    jus curious who has a cheat meal/cheat day? Is it benificial, how often and what do u cheat with?
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    I wish I could but im at the point i cant have one since Im 7 weeks out...BUT when Im bulking I have a cheat day, within reason. When cutting just a cheat meal once a week AFTER a low carb day. Its good for shocking your system and keeps your metabolism guessing.

      usualy weekends for me. i just had a double steak burrito tonight from chipotle with guac.real fatty

          thats what i was considering? Like i have one day where i dont get as many carbs, so what should i eat the day after? Gimme a good cheat meal...Im tryin to loose BF

            Cheat meal for me after a low carb day would land on leg day mostly. So for the first meal of the day I will have something like this.

            4 -5 pancakes
            Spray butter (fat free)
            Lite syrup
            6 egg omellete with fat free cheese and ham

            If it is in the middle of the day or not my first meal I might have this

            8 oz Chicken or Ground Turkey
            6 whole wheat Tortillas
            Fat free cheese and salsa
            * Shred up meat and add some taco spices and it makes 6 good azz burritos.

            You basically want to keep the fat low and get a good solid complex carb and protein meal. I tend to shoot for 100-150 or so carbs for that meal. Then the rest of the day get another 300 CLEAN carbs spread out in meals...This will shock your metabolism and keep it guessing so you dont plateau and get stuck. If you get to that point add in a zero carb day also to keep it guessing. I have found rotating carbs and throwing in some zero days and REAL high carb days along with cardio is the best way to get ripped. Good luck bro and keep at it.

                yeah I usually have cheat meal on Sundays just 1-2 meals but when I was cutting I had 1meal on Sunday .....last weekend I had 3 big cheat meals now back on schedule !

                    so i should just consider 1 cheat meal a week after a low carb day, and as far as what to eat, eat something with alot of good carbs about 100g or so? I usually get about 150g of carbs a day...so should i jus shoot for a day where i get around 250g?

                      When I cheat ,I cheat so I dont really count the carbs just dont splurge or you'll have to do xtra cardio .I consider sushi a good cheat meal if u like sushi .If u dont want carbs get the sashimi just raw fish no rice !I eat both ways

                        i dont restrict my diet like i used to. if i want a cheeseburger i get one. without being so rigid it is easier for me to eat right the other 98% of the time

                          I just cheat on Saturday and Sundays. I ate 2 boxes of girl scout cookies the Peanut butter sandwich ones!!! They're soooooo good!!!!
