Re: i have nt posted about any of my problems in a long time!!!but
"What was hard to endure is sweet to recall" - some proverb I like!
My wife and I started out in a house where you could feel the wind blow between the walls and the floor and we would only cool or heat the one room we were in at a time, anything else would have been a waste. I was severely beaten by a group of guys just one week after we were married, which resulted in huge hospital bills and a lien on our house. Our first year was hell but we endured. Where many call it quits you will be proud of what you endured, together. Just don't sacrifice your integrity, you don't want the accomplishment of enduring hard times to be undermined by something you are ashamed of.

Byron hang in there bud! Times get rough and you need to use that negativity to fuel your desire to never be in this predicament again! I think we all make the mistake of getting in over our heads at one time or another but you learn from your mistakes. That's part of life.
I was there before and go through rough patches often. You get to a point in life when you realize that material things don't really mean anything and aslong as you have your wife whom your in love with, that's all you need. Sure that doesn't pay the bills, but if you cut everything short you'll catch up soon enough.
It's stupid things like cable, high speed internet, expensive phone bills, high cell phone plans etc etc. that add up and drain your bank real quick.
I don't know what your situation is currently, but I'd get rid of cable, drop to DSL if you have cable internet, drop your cell plan down a little, don't go out to eat until your back on your feet, stop buying and snack foods that are unnecessary, and cut out any spending on clothes or any material items until your bank account has rebounded.
Once you strip your life down to almost nothing you can slowly build your accounts back up and get out of debt. Once you do only allow one luxury at a time to be reintroduced into your life. The mistake everyone makes is they think life ends when they lose simple things like cable. But like Tyler Durden says in Fight Club "The things we own, own us!"
