If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
get a lawyer, thats your best bet. its the home owners word against yours. and if they took pictures of the place in a mess, it already shows negligence on your part.
If you get in trouble you desevre too. If you are not mature enough to rent a house, and take care of it, and too damn lazy to clean up, you get what you deserve...and if your 20 friends couldnt be controlled, then maybe you should have left them home! Or get some friends who are reponsible enough to respect somebodys property!
The only thing I'd like to add that might help is maybe you should consider taping every conversation you have from this point forward. Simply start the tape, put the phone on speakerphone, and tape everything being said. Therefore if you get threatened you have it on tape.
You can't file a claim with home owners ins without a plice report. And, they will verify with the police it's legit before they pay.
I know that anal man, lol! Since they are saying they were robbed then they should have filed a police report eh? What iam saying is that why pitch a ***** until they find out whether they can get their claim paid for the missing items?

i personaly tyhink there trying to scare you for trashing the place....deny the stuff was missing, and offer to send them 100$ for cleanning expences, along with a sicere appology, and it might just go away

I had a tenant.. on 2nd floor.. who was being evicted for non payment of rent. On the day she moved out..SHE TOOK OUT MY STUFF.. ALL THE ALARMS.. BATHROOM MIRROR.. SOME CARPETS..AND LAMPS AND ****.. I SAW HER PERSONALLY TAKING IT ALL..
I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HER WITHOUT A PROOF..NOW I DONT THINK THESE PEOPLE TOOK PICS OF THEIR BELONGINGS...MAYBE THEY DID..MAYBE NOT.
