on how to be symetrical? What I'm saying is that I see alot on this board and at the gym how so many of you boast of having these big arms. Well how about those shoulders, back, chest and those tree trunks(I call mine that, quads that is
) I mean my arms are 16' relaxed, good size IMO. But why do we ONLY concentrate on arms? Why not concentrate on being symetrical. I'm not trying to be a dick to those who boast, but then don't ***** that you need to work on your wheels, chest, etc...Do we all think that the ladies like that? Hell no ! They like a man/women that's symetrical, right? Come on, let's train the right way.
