      well, i train to be symmetrical, but my chest is lagging big time. stupid shoulders take all of the work. i dont even do shoulders anymore and they still outsize every other part of my body. some people have really good genetics in one area more than others though too.

        Same here bro. I never workout my shoulders because they over power in all my chest workouts...

            yea im guessin on the b/f though lol im in 34 jeans and i use a belt so..... but the res tof my stats aint to bad 19 1/2 inch arms not pumpedforarms 16 and half chest is 54 but after i do another bulking cycle (or 2 hehe) im gonna concentrate on gettin them abadabas and and gettin sum nice cuts

                i was experiencing the same exact thing bro... on this cycle i said fuck flat bench totally...

                i only did 30 degree bench press ( barbel or dbl or smith ) with a slow temp ( 3, 2, 3) ( up, hold, down) and im really likin the way my chest looks now

                i dunno how that works bt when i do flat bench my tries and rotators work the most... no matter how wide i hold the bar
