Eat a good size meal before your last meal before bed .I usually snacked on organic no sodium peanut butter if I was feeling alittle hungy .Usually I'll drink whey isolate protein and fat free cottage cheese before hitting the sack ."Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"Comment

yeah i think im prolly gonna have to be prescribed lunesta or ambien cause i have a history of insomnia...Is there anythin equivalent i can get without a script? Cause they said they were gonna make me do a sleep study to get it again which is like an extra 300 bucks

Nope. Nothing like good old lunesta or Ambien. I've tried all the over the counter meds, and none work for me. Melatonin, Unisom, Tylenol PM, all crap. It mostly contains benadryl, or some synthetic form of benadryl, which leaves you feeling more groggy in the morning than you did the night before.Originally posted by youngN View Post“I don't look ahead... Maybe you should sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag. Then your sheets can't come off, plus your pillow won't fall in a crack. If that doesn't work you could also tape the pillow to your face with duct tape or something.Comment
