  • A few questions

    How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
    Also I tend to wake up atleast once during the night and im usually really hungry...what should i eat (while cutting)...somethin to fill me up because protein shakes or water doesnt do it?
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    sorry brother, When I cut I sleep more restless and all you can do is eat fat and protien for your extra meals if you are low carbing it. Add a little fat may help like say some mayo on the tuna for a midnight snack. Its not the most fun thing to do but it will make you look like a million bucks when you are finished.

      I have to agree, dieting sux & so does ur sleep. Like ROYCE mentioned maybe a meat snack b4 bed.

        I never cut, but I usually get about 6 hours of sleep.

          As we all know, I sometimes get a horrible bout of insomnia. But I like to sleep at least 8 hours. For my hunger pains, some extra fiber fills me up quickly. Slim fast fiber bars, a high fiber cereal, oatmeal, etc.....

              I get up at all hours of the night too, but I do feel rested in the mornings. have a turkey sandwich, its got tryptophan and im sure it wont kill your waistline.

                that is why i dont cut...i hate being hungry...l stay pretty lean unless i foce myself to eat more

                  i ended up eatin some turkey jerky las nite...it was good...i feel like i gotta get 8-10 hrs of sleep (8 hrs of solid sleep cause i ususally toss and turn for 2hrs)

                    Hey youngN do you think about a lot of stuff at night? Do noises disturb you easily? Are you too hot? What are the symptoms that are causing your restlesness?

                      Just eat a pretty good size meat meal before bed. Meat takes more time to digest and when you sleep your digestive system slows down so it should stay in your stomach a good while.
                      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                          haha that what i used to do when bulking cause it was all that i would crave but i dont think its as good an idea when cuttin cuz of the carbs...and The reason i can sleep at night is usually cause im too hott or my pillow falls in the crack of my bed or the sheet on the matress comes off...I sqwirm a lot. Sometimes i just cant get comfortable...and yeah i think about too much stuff. My mind seems to go full speed at night

                            Okay I figured many of those things were your problem.

                            1. Get a fan and put it right at the end of your bed and that will keep you cool. Plus the noise from a fan drowns out any background noise that might otherwise keep you up.

                            2. DO NOT THINK OF ANYTHING STRESSFUL WHEN GOING TO SLEEP! I always think of things I want, or places I would love to be. Usually I pass out by the time I finish the thought. If I think of anything that stresses me out, I'll be up all night. So forbid your mind to think of anything else besides things that you enjoy.

                            3. as for the sheets and the pillow.....Your on your own!

                              yeah i have like 3 fans in my room lol and yeah that helps...i jus gotta clear my mind and keep my pillows from fallin
