    Protein...1g....1.5g...2g per bodyweight. What should u get if bulking? What should u get when cutting while tryin to maintain muscle?
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    I agree. Protein should always remain high. Personally, I shoot for 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight.

      I try to consume minimum 1g per lbs of body weight rather bulking or cutting.

        i shoot for 1.5 protien regardless. i just change the fat and carbs....but, ofcourse, the nutrition side, for me, is the hardest part!

            yea it seems to be split b.t either 1g or 1.5g per bodyweight...i gwt in between i guess

              Always 1.5 for me, cutting and bulking. I even hit 2grams per pound before, but that was tough.

                  2 grams for me..at 275 I take in atleast 450 from food and another 100 from shakes.

                      i never seem able to get that much..i weigh 210 so its 315 for me at 1.5g per bodyweight...i usally get high 200's...How much proetin do u take in per meal and how often do u eat?

                        i do about 4-50 meals at 50 grams each then 4 shakes aswell....75 grams. i eat about every 2-3 hrs ..

                              I stay at 1.5g per pound of body weight.
                              I just manipulate the carbs and fats as needed
                              Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
