Protein...1g....1.5g...2g per bodyweight. What should u get if bulking? What should u get when cutting while tryin to maintain muscle?

i shoot for 1.5 protien regardless. i just change the fat and carbs....but, ofcourse, the nutrition side, for me, is the hardest part!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

Always 1.5 for me, cutting and bulking. I even hit 2grams per pound before, but that was tough.

i never seem able to get that much..i weigh 210 so its 315 for me at 1.5g per bodyweight...i usally get high 200's...How much proetin do u take in per meal and how often do u eat?Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

I stay at 1.5g per pound of body weight.
I just manipulate the carbs and fats as neededPush it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
