I've never had that but some dude on my wrestling team got a staff infection and it looked like bad acne. Kinda like what happened on the most recent season of Ultimate Fighter. The one my teammates got spreads from person to person. We had to have all our mats deeply cleaned and sanitized. We would sanitize them after every practice but I guess we didn't do it well enough because of the break out. It looked nasty on those guys for a week or so. Some had in on their face, some on their back, some on their arms, it sucked.
