I got my clip on Windows Movie Maker finished but it is in WMS format or whatever that is called for Windows Movie Maker I need to get it to another format. Specifically .mov or MPEG?

you dont have to per'se if you're using windows media player as your movie player. there's a utility out there called "imTOO" that converts video to any format. gimme a sec and ill find you a link -
