  • Considering paying for a routine/ diet plan

What do you guys think of this? IA charges $250 for 3 months I think and he has a lot of great feedback from his clients. Want to see more change!! Im just tired of not knowing if Im doing everything correctly and wonder if it would save time just to have someone line up a plan for me.

If you have the money to spare, I say go for it. I've been training with a guy for $150 per week, I have 2 weeks left. Love it! I'm learning alot. I've been flirty flirty with a nutritionist where I work, I'm gonna work her into creating me a diet.

if you have the extra cash (which I believe you don't if you're having to clean up your credit) go for it, why not.

Hahaha! The credit thing has been screwed for the last 6 years or so bro, Im just trying to get it taken care of finally so I can start thinking about a family and marriage in the next 5-10 years. It was just kind of a bad memory and I guess in my mind I tried to avoid it and put it off all together.

So $250 for 3 months isnt bad at all huh?

Ahhh I dunno Supasaiyan99. I just see the pics Stout1 posted and some of these other guys that have used IA and the before and afters are amazing. Yeah I guess Im kinda lean and have some muscle but nothing special. With my new job and all I have to re-work everything ans Im having a hard time getting answers. Its like I have to change everything I knew about training and diet b/c of the hours and intensity of this new job.

250 for the first three months. 40 a month after that

Is it honestly worth it? Did he teach you that much or can I find the info on my own. Funny everytime I ask a question on his board, I get the run-around. They throw out all these ideas and then I ask a question and get either no response or a BS one. Seems like that board is setup just to confuse the hell out of people so they will use his services. All about money these days huh?

And one of my fav ones. This guy did 95% of this transform natty.

http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/sh....php?t=4853And you know what he did with me so I won't post those pics again. But yeah I say he is worth it if you put your part in.

You mention you ask a question then "THEY" give you the run around. Who is "they"? Members of his board? Or ????

IronAddict gives ALOT of free help, he gives more free help than anyone on any board I've ever been. I'd love for you to find one person that gives more free help than him.

Now he does run a business and anyone that runs a business isnt' dumb. If you owned your own company would you give away the secret to your success? Or would you give a little info to get people's interest and if they can do something with that bit of info then great. If not then if they want the recipe then they will come to the chef.

This is just my opinion so IA's may be different but he isn't going to give you specific answers, that is what his business is for. He has TONS of articles on dieting, bulking, lifting routines, injury preventioin, etc. You have to search for them. Now what he does for paying clients is offer a refund if your not happy but I have yet to see anyone dissatisified.

What do you want him to do for you? Give you the answer(s)? I'm confused on what you want him to do for you for free that your not getting? He runs a business and anyone that runs a business isn't going to offer their services or products for free. Is your lawyer going to give you free counsel? Is your doctor going to give you a free check up? Is your mechaninc going to give you a free tune up?

All about money? Well do you own your own business? If you did would you work for free? Lmao. I doubt it. As I said it's not like he is a dick head, he gives MORE free info on training than anyone on any board I've ever been to. Hell DC pulled all his articles and only other person I can think of is Swolecat and that dude is a legend in his own mind. So name one person that gives that much free info?
I just hope you don't think he is being rude so I'm trying to point out your getting more free help there than anywhere else. Hope this isn't coming out bad/rude but I'm just typing as I'm thinking.

Can you find the info on your own? I take it your not finding what you want now so I would say that YES he woudl be worth it if you put your part in. He gives you the foundation, you fill in the rest with your hard work, eating, rest, etc. Hell I've been with him for over a year, and I don't plan on stopping now or any time soon for that matter.

I feel ya! If you really think you need the extra help, go for it! $250 is really not that much money to invest in yourself.

How is it a waste if someone isn't reaching the potential that they think the can achieve and the person offering to train them offers a full refund. I'm confused on how that is a waste?
