I generally get morning terrors. I really do. Every morning I wake up and find my wife next to me, I get heart palpatations, sweat profusely, heavy breathing, I cry, it's very upsetting.

      Re: Night Terrors??????

My son went through a thing like that last year and we put him back in his crib and it gave him instant security and after a few weeks we put him back in his bed. It was weird. He would wake up screaming for no reason and if you left him he would litterally get up and go sleep on the floor byhis door because he wasn't strong enough to open it. It broke my damn heart. Before we tried the crib thing I slept in his room right next to his bed and if he woke up he would see me and go back to sleep. That's when I realized it was a fear thing and I had someone tell me to do the crib thing. I also knew it was a fear thing because when my son is sick or upset he wants mommy, but when he's scared he wants me. When he scream for me I go in there and rock him back to sleep and tell him that I'm going to beat up anything that comes in his room and he usually passes out in no time.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Let's us know the results of the sleep study...I found that simple little test can tell u so much.

IMO...I feel it should be part of a physical & everyone should have the study done once a yr.
