  • The Trans Fat scam!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful boys and girls. When you get that box of food and it reads "0 Trans Fats" it's BS. According to the FDA, if the amount on Trans Fats is less than 1 gram they can legally call it "0" grams. My wife and I walked through the grocery store yesterday and I showed her that every box that claimed "0 Trans Fats", actually had them. Just look in the ingredients and you will find 'partially hydrogenated oils'.

The true sign of a Trans Fat Free food is one that has "No Trans Fat" on the lable. Be careful to make sure you are eating "No" and not "0" because most foods that have Trans Fats have less than one gram anyways so there is very little or no change what so ever.

Trans Fats are horrible for the body so be cautious when you select your foods.

Yep, we always look at the ingrediant label on the back of the product. I heard long time ago is the best freshest product is always at the outer areas of the grocery. As you go inward into the grocery store, the product get more processed and full of chemicals.

They can get in big ass trouble for something like that. They are supposed to put it exactly as it is.

SO TRUE. I BOUGHT SOME TILAPIA LAST NIGHT AND LOOKED AT THE SODIUM ON IT. IT WAS 40MG PER SERVING. I WHEN OVER TO THE FREEZER WHERE THEY HAD SOME TILAPIA IN A BOX, EACH SERVING WAS ABOUT 400+MG OF SODIUM. GOES TO SHOW, LIKE YOU SAID, THE FRESHER THE BETTER. I KNOW THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH TRANS FAT, JUST STATING FACTS,LOL.
