    COMPUTER QUESTION

    WHY IS IT THAT MY PAGES DONT REFRESH ITSELF WHEN I'M ON MY SITE OR MY EMAIL SITE.EVERY OTHER PLACE I GO IS FINE

        Have your web guy look at this area of the forums php code. there's a command you can add to refresh at some interval

              Mine does that sometimes too. Its hit or miss though, really strange.

                A page refreshing without user intervention is controlled by the code behind the page. It's an easy fix for the page author. Send him an email asking for the change.

                  Could also be spyware. I notice my page doesn't refresh when I've contracted some form of spyware or adware...

                      Do you have multiple spyware programs to check for that. Usually one program is not enough because it can easily become corrupted.

                              I have to do that all the time here, and several other boards, but nowhere else. Someone told me to do a system restore, but you have to make sure that you backup your files or you'll loose everything. Haven't had the time yet to do it, lol!
