How do you stay motivated?

    Try some other foods too. I alway am thining of shit to do. Case in point my stir fry. Yeah it has alot of sodium but it is good all else around. It has brocolli, asparagus, spinach leaves, onions, green peppers, lean steak, and some chinese seasoning sauce (ususally plain stuff or some hot stuff)

    But I usually eat this

    Steak
    Ground beef (90%)
    Eggs
    Chicken
    Oats
    Brown Rice
    Brocoolli
    Asparagus
    Spinach Leaves

    etc

    ALway think of ways to make things different, some times I have ground beef made with taco seasoning and some cheese either fat free or low fat depending on goals and cals needed, next week i will make hamburgers and use light miracle whip, low carb ketchup, and some cheese

    Same thing but made different

    For chicken i will always barbecue it and add in diff flavors sauce. Low carb ketchup, ff wing sauce, mustard, etc. Still eating the same thing with diff "kicks" it

    Now on being burnt out. I am in it right now. Dropped a few lbs now I am just burnt out. Not from dieting just the whole thing of it. I just tyr to eat as sensible as posssible. I will go out to eat and still order decent or just make due. Soon enough I will get over the hump. What it takes for me? I don't know, just after a break from the day to day grind of it all i m back into it

      Definitely try hitting up a new gym it motivates me seeing different people and atmosphere .Sometimes you have to switch it up ! Watch a bodybuilding dvd it gets me pumped if your burnt just take a week off but dont get into that habit cause you'll feel more comfortable and get lazy thats what happened to me .When your coming back the hardest part is going back to the gym thats like 75% just get to the gym but when your there its on ! Listen to new tunes that'll get you pumped main thing is switch it up !

          sometimes you gotta hit the rock bottom period. When you look at it, we don't make ANY money for what we're doing. Imagine being a pro bb and what they have to go throgh to get paid little amount of money, my hat is off of to them.

          I dunno fit, try going to a new gym, take some time off from dieting and training..start doing cardio etc.. If I was you and knowing your bodyframe I'd stay lean year long. Who cares about strenght and all. Look good, be smart, stay healty injury free thats what I care about.

              well for me, i jsut want to stay and look better than any1 else at my gym..i do not like any1 to pass me, so i try to focus and stay motivated and for sure trance music gets me jacked up mentally...
              like last nite, man, i missed junk food so i ate from wendy 3 triple cheeseburger and 2 xl of french fries and baked potates wt sour cream once a week is enough adn hten hit foocking cardio i hate that shit the most, but once ur abs are out, u cant live wihtout em
