Try some other foods too. I alway am thining of shit to do. Case in point my stir fry. Yeah it has alot of sodium but it is good all else around. It has brocolli, asparagus, spinach leaves, onions, green peppers, lean steak, and some chinese seasoning sauce (ususally plain stuff or some hot stuff)
But I usually eat this
Steak
Ground beef (90%)
Eggs
Chicken
Oats
Brown Rice
Brocoolli
Asparagus
Spinach Leaves
etc
ALway think of ways to make things different, some times I have ground beef made with taco seasoning and some cheese either fat free or low fat depending on goals and cals needed, next week i will make hamburgers and use light miracle whip, low carb ketchup, and some cheese
Same thing but made different
For chicken i will always barbecue it and add in diff flavors sauce. Low carb ketchup, ff wing sauce, mustard, etc. Still eating the same thing with diff "kicks" it
Now on being burnt out. I am in it right now. Dropped a few lbs now I am just burnt out. Not from dieting just the whole thing of it. I just tyr to eat as sensible as posssible. I will go out to eat and still order decent or just make due. Soon enough I will get over the hump. What it takes for me? I don't know, just after a break from the day to day grind of it all i m back into it
