There is 32 gms per serving. I just got some from that site 02, lol! Iam trying out dif flavors. The rootbeer is good and so is the Moca Joe if you like alittle latte flavor. Im going to try the banana cream, cause everone i talk to thinks its the best.Comment

You dont think so? I think cals arent too bad but I need a lot my bmr is 3730 or soemthing like that. They say the fats in there are good fats and can actually make you leaner. I dont know, I've been on it for like a week and I can really see that Im getting bigger.
