If it's one of those hand held shakers, that's what I been using for 3 years now. They have a little grate in the inside to mix the stuff. It's like a salad dressing mixer. The one I have is much better than a blender because it mixes it into a liquid that I can drink immediately. The blender, on any setting, makes most shakes into a frothy drink that takes longer to get down and then you have to clean the blender. The shaker clean up much faster.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I just use the free shaker that DPS gives you you have to shake it up no matter what unless they have one that doesnt shake that'll be awesome ! I use Optimum On mixes pretty well on reg shakers"Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"Comment
