Didnt see one for today so I'll start it. I work 12 hours a day at a restaurant so.........
1. Bowl Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal
Cup 1% milk
Chicken breast (The guys at work made chicken this morning so I jumped on it)
2. Bowl of fruit at work
3. Chicken breast and sweet potato/ spinach leaf salad
4. 50g protien shake with 25g of malto and dextrose
5. Tunafish with black beans /low fat sesame ginger dressing and some rooster hot chili sauce. Mix it all up and grub
6. PB and J sandwhich Milk
And whatever else I eat at work. The kitchen loves the bartender and they usually make me something ED.
