  • 5/2/06 Diet Thread

    Didnt see one for today so I'll start it. I work 12 hours a day at a restaurant so.........

    1. Bowl Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal
    Cup 1% milk
    Chicken breast (The guys at work made chicken this morning so I jumped on it)
    2. Bowl of fruit at work
    3. Chicken breast and sweet potato/ spinach leaf salad
    4. 50g protien shake with 25g of malto and dextrose
    5. Tunafish with black beans /low fat sesame ginger dressing and some rooster hot chili sauce. Mix it all up and grub
    6. PB and J sandwhich Milk

    And whatever else I eat at work. The kitchen loves the bartender and they usually make me something ED.

    im having a h ard time getting my food in

    1. instant oatmeal
    2. snack pack size cottage cheese & bananna
    3. pack of immitation crab meat
    4. few hand fulls of almonds
    5. few hand fulls of turkey lunchmeat
    6. protine shake
    7..... not sure what dinner will be... either chicken breasts and veggies... or sloppy bar food!
    I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.

      Also it would be awesome if anyone wants to critique my diet or anyone elses that asks.

        Meal 1 - 4 eggs (2 whole, 2 just whites)
        Meal 2 - Muscle Milk protein shake
        Meal 3 - Pentard and ground turkey with vegetables
        Meal 4 - skipped (meeting went longer than expected)
        Meal 5 - Muscle Milk Protein Shake
        Meal 6 - Pentard and 6oz. steak
        NO PAIN, NO GAIN
        KNOW PAIN, KNOW GAIN

              1) Met-Rx mrp, 2 cups of oats
              2) 6 oz. chicken, 2 cups rice
              3) 1 can tuna
              4) 1 bowl pasta, 8 oz. ny steak
              5) post work out cell tech, whey protein
              6) in 10 min. Isopure mass shake ( 600 calories)

                so what

                so far I had a lee lambrada double choco bar
                then chicken breast

                then a steak

                then some eggs
                then some shakes
                three doodoo is back! Hide your women!
