          meal 1 3 scoops mucilmilk/water

          meal 2 5 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 2 bacon, broil potatoes,2 slice wheat toast,mlik

          meal 3 12 oz prime rib, green beens, wild rice, milk

          meal 4 3 scoops m/m water, animal pack

          meal 5 post workout drink 60carbs/50 protien

          meal 6 tuna (5oz) 1/2 cantalope

          meal 7 mhp probolic shake 35 grams/milk

            So far today:

            PreWO shake

            PWO shake

            Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 boca sausage patties, 1 piece of marble rye, 1 MetRx

            Meal 2: 1 sweet potatoe, 1 can tuna

            Meal 3: 1 serving of salmon, 1 sweet potatoe, 1 MetRx

              woke up @ 800am cuz i could stop thinking about food!

              8- 7 egg whites 1 cup oats
              went back to sleep tell 1045

              11- 1 scoop muscle milk 1 scoop optimum whey i cup oats 1 banana

              215- post work out- 1 boch pear 2 scoops optimum whey

              330- 5oz salmon 1 cup mashed yams 100g brocc

              615- myoplex lite with detour bar low carb

              900- 5oz salmon 1 cup mashed yams 100g brocc

              1200- 3 cups tossed salad 1 can tuna 4tbls homemade vinager dressing
