    Ok folks, this will hopefully be a thread that is updated daily. We want you to post what you're eating today. Remember, this is a fitness board, so if its crap you're eating, don't post it here.

    Bfast: 8 eggwhites, 1cup oatmeal, skim milk
    snack : apple, protein shake
    Lunch: grilled chicken, alpine lace swiss, wheat wrap, V8, water
    PreWO: apple cottage cheese
    PWO: Protein Shake
    Dinner: Chicken fajitas, low fat cheese, low fat sourcream, wheat wraps.

      meal 1 - 3 egg whites/3 whole

      meal 2 - 10oz tuna/ 3-4tbsp regular miracle whip

      meal 3 - didn't have chicken with me, so had to skip. had a serving of peanuts to hold me over.

      meal 4 - same as meal 2

      meal 5 - grilled chicken breast from work. they are soooo good. its easily about 15oz or so. good eats

      meal 6 - shake with 50g of protein in water.

        im bulking so so far today

        9:00 -burger king breakfast

        11:45 -2 slices pizza

        3:00 - steak and 2 sides at boston market..

        3 meals to go ( this is "crap" i guess but i dont gain fat and need to put on some weight)

          meal 1- shake 50grm pro. 2 slices multigrain toast peanut butter/sugarfree jelly and an animal pack.

          meal 2- 3 scoops musclemilk in water 48pro/24 carbs

          meal 3- 5 oz tuna- 1/2 a cantalope

          meal 4- double chicken breast subway sub

          meal 5- 3 scoop musclemilk in water 48pro/24carbs

          meal 6- double chicken pita, sweet potatoe

          meal 7- mhp pro. shake in milk (bedtime) 35 grm pro

            1. 50g protein shake
            2. turkey sand on wheat/ dry /slenderize drink (fuzo)?
            3. chicken breasts (2) and sweet potato/ milk
            4. post workout 50 malto 50 dex 50 pro
            5. whatever my friends wife cooks for dinner tonight usually healthy
            6. pb and j sand? or chicken sandwhich? milk

              meal 1 : 6 eggwhites and .80lb lean ground beef 1000 mg fish oil

              meal 2 : 8oz boneless skinless chicken breast with 2 cups greens and 1/2 cup brown rice

              meal 3 : .80lb lean ground beef 2 slice whole wheat bread 20 piece asparagaus 1000 mg fish oil

              meal 4 : Oh Yeah protein bar

              meal 5 : 8oz chicken breast with 2 cups broccoli and 1/2 cup brown rice

              pre 48 grams of protein shake /animal pak multi vita

              post 48 grams of protein shake

              meal 6 : 8 oz chicken breast 1 1/2 cups of brown rice and 2 cup of broccoli

              meal 7 : 8-12 eggwhites 1 table spoon pb sugar free 1000mg fish oil

                  I'm ending a bulker so here is what today consisted of

                  meal 1: 8 egg whites and 2 yolks
                  2 pieces of turkey bacon
                  2 packs of oatmeal
                  64gram protien shake
                  meal 2: 1 Whey MRP
                  meal 3: 2 chicken salad sandwiches

                  gym: PWO gym
                  1 whey MRP
                  6g creatine

                  snack: 2 baked chicken breasts

                  thats it so far today

                          Heres my shit since I'm cutting down calories..

                          Meal 1 - Protein Shake
                          Meal 2 - Another Protein shake with some grape fruit
                          Meal 3 - 10 hard boiled eggs (ate 3 yolks) and the rest whites
                          Meal 4 - (dinner) - tuna steak with sweet potatoe + salad
                          Meal 5 - Protein Shake
                          Meal 6 - 3 tbs of peanut butter + vitamin E, B12, B6, Multivitamin

                            Meal 3 - Bowl of ground turkey w/ spicy honey mustard sauce
                            Meal 4 - 12oz steak
                            Meal 5 - Muscle Milk Protein Shake
                            Meal 6 - 4 table spoons of Peanut butter and ZMA!
                            NO PAIN, NO GAIN
