how to prepare tuna steak ??

whats the best way to prepare a tuna steak..

I don't and can't eat raw meat.. and I see tuna is mostly cooked "raw"..

I also wanna get the best taste out of it.. so just put it on a pan..and cook it until its well done..

Put some butter in the pan to keep it from sticking and put mangoes and some asian terrakyi sauce to cook it in. Just cook on med. heat intil both sides are light brown.

Gotta bacon wrap that bad boy. A bacon wrap tuna steak is a delicacy. That just my opinion though and I'm nothing but a crazy drunk.

• Mix soy sauce and wasabi
• Dip the tuna in the soy sauce/wasabi mix
• Heat a pan to medium high
• Put sesame oil or Pam in the pan
• Sear the tuna to your liking
• Enjoy with LOTS of wasabi (put it in your eyes - it is fun ;] )
