      I learned that lesson the hard way.I tell you a little story from my experience

      I once woke up with a mildly stuffy nose;nothing too major.So I decided to go workout like usual.I worked out Monday and Tuesday,by Wednesday I was dead.I could barely move and my stuffy nost progressed to a full cold w/severe lack of energy

      So I learned my lesson,never again

        Rest is good. What are you really going to gain from working out while sick? The risk is not worth the reward.

        I know it is hard to do when you are dedicated but missing a workout and resting is the best thing for your body when feeling sick.
