Usually I get sore throat..thats when I know I'll be sick with cold..having runnin nose, watery eyes and all that shit.. so today I went to the gym and felt great I started doing back (t-baR rows) did a heavy 4 sets and then i started to feel really sick..
I then completely ****ed up my workout..ended up doing abs.. some quads and arms...
should i take a day off or two from the gym..
ive really had a good workouts for a while now..and i feel like im slacking off.
