        I also like Sugar Smacks but that is loaded with sugar so I try not to get that ..ha!

              As many times as possible! Thus I can leave my desk and stop working lol

              In fact I don't have problem with muesli but with cheap ones I think that make me fart more often. I think muesli, oats,... and cereals like that are the best because they have the lowest GI.

                A couple of those big ol' shredded wheats with a packet of "sugar in the raw" over the top of'em.
                Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
