Well, it's a rep level, not a knowledge level. So, in a way, those with higher reps are probably those who are on a lot, make people laugh, are well liked and so on. I never considered rep as the indicator of someone's knowledge. Maybe we should add a knowledge one too and only add to it when someone writes something noteworthy. Then we can seperate popularity from knowledge.

I thought what was earned was Vet and Mod status. Reps, like was said before are given when you post something of interest, funny, cracking on Mikey, or just cause someone likes you. Maybe I got it all wrong, but that's the impression I've been under.
