"Brokeback Mountain"

Now first off I am not anti-gay or homophobe at all. I have two friends that are gay. But I am glad "Brokeback Mountain" didn't win the Oscar for best picture. "Brokeback Mountain" was terrible movie. I mean it had no good parts or story line. To be nomitated for 8 Oscars I thought was a joke. I went with my g/f to the movie and she is as open minded as I am with things such as race/religion/sexual orientation and she thought the same thing as I did. The movie was getting all these awards b/c of the type of movie it was.

oh and if this gets out of hand I will be moving this, so lets act like adults if we choose to respond, if you can't do that then DON'T respond

You're exactly right, it won because of it's content. Hollywood is full of homosexuals and those that think that the homo "lifestyle" is all warm and fuzzy. I have not and will not watch the movie, the whole guy on guy shit sickens me.

LOL, my wife wanted to see that movie, but I'm just not interested. And not because of the gay subject matter. That does not bother me because I've been around it a lot the last 6 years. But the whole thing is just a cliched melodrama. Seriously, gay cowboys and their secret love?
